About Jeff Carlson
I’m Jeff Carlson, Broker/Owner of RE/MAX Experience and RE/MAX Lakes Realty, and Team Leader of the Carlson Group at RE/MAX Experience. Real estate is more than a career for me, it’s my passion and my platform for building community across Sioux City, Dakota Dunes, LeMars, Okoboji, and all of Siouxland. Every client I work with becomes part of that community, and I take pride in delivering an experience that’s energetic, fun, and results-driven.
Over the years, I’ve humbly been honored with some incredible recognition in the industry, including being named a Top 100 RE/MAX Agent in the U.S. (#66 in 2022), the #2 agent in the Iowa/Nebraska Region in 2022, a Platinum Club Award winner (2022–2024), 2025 RealTrends top real estate teams in Iowa and Sioux City, named to REMAX Hall of Fame (2025), and part of the RE/MAX President’s Circle for leading one of the fastest-growing brokerages in the nation. While those accolades mean a lot and are a direct reflection of the amazing clients we work with daily, what truly drives me is helping people achieve their dreams Whether it’s buying a home, selling an investment, or finding that perfect lakeshore getaway in Okoboji.
Beyond real estate, I’m deeply invested in the Siouxland community. I’m a co-owner of the City Centre in downtown Sioux City, I stay active at Sunnybrook Community Church, and I love giving back through coaching youth basketball and supporting local causes. When I’m not working, you’ll probably find me cheering on a game, firing up the grill with friends, or enjoying a day of boating in Okoboji. Real estate is what I do but people, family, faith, and community are why I do it.
