I'm Rachel Carlson, a residential real estate expert with 10+ years of experience as well as a Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) Designation. I work together with my husband, Jeff, as the Carlson Group. We love everything Siouxland and have a passion for promoting our wonderful city! We also enjoy the Iowa Great Lakes, aka, Okoboji, and are proud to provide real estate services from Sioux City to the Lakes region - "Siouxland's Gateway to Okoboji."
Apart from real estate, we love dining at the unique restaurants around the city, enjoying the outdoors, and spending time with our friends and family, especially our 3 adorable kiddos (not that we're biased or anything ;)
